This website is a treasure trove on habits and mindfulness. What gets recorded gets managed. This isn’t a resource to learn about habits but it has been extremely helpful for me to make sure I’m staying on track. My routine is to open the app before I go to bed and check off the habits I completed during the day that I’ve decided to work on. Right now I’m on a 28 day streak of meditation! Having a tracker has definitely helped. I use a free app called Habits on my android phone.
